A rather sad looking garage was removed here to allow the creation of a Garden Studio for Art.  Satin obscured glass to one side gives optimum privacy whilst internal glass blinds allows our customer to control light ingress, creating the optimum environment for her painting.

An existing substantial concrete base was retained with our jacking system used to elevate the building for a dry, warm floor.  The existing patio was retained and works seamlessly with the new space.

Plastered internal walls are perfect as pictures and shelves can be easily moved in the future with painting a simple chore compared to repairs on other internal wall products.
