Set upon the lower slope of a hill, water was an initial concern when building a timber building.

Working with our customer’s contractor, water with upper level soil was routed around our site whilst longer than normal ground screws ensured we gained lower ground purchase and lifted the building above any potential damp ground.  Returning two years later (on a very wet day) and checking our joint efforts had worked we were greeted by a dry building as planned.

This home office has a side window above a workstation space to ensure that the beautiful garden view can be continuously enjoyed.
