Explore our range of buildings within our garden and see various finishing options internally and externally. Prices start at just £18,000 inc vat installed. We can build bespoke or standard buildings (but adaptable to you) to your budget. Money saving Shell builds also. Buildings we construct and leave you to complete internally. Ideal money savers if you, friends and family have the right skill sets.
You can expect to see home offices, family spaces, gym, storage areas, an annexe, toilet and acoustic music room. Unique options too, such as our Oriel seated window, Stone Pilaster corner, Slated Cladding, feature panels and a clever toilet avoiding the need (and costs) of Building Regulations. Visits are invaluable for your decision-making process whilst you get our undivided attention. To ensure that we are available to assist you and as the showroom is based at our home, appointments are necessary.

Considerations for Your Visit:
We want to make your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- You will need to make an appointment, as we need to ensure we are back to meet you.
- Ring the doorbell upon arrival or phone us, and we will join you promptly.
- Feel free to take photos, videos, or even Facetime with those who couldn’t join you. We want you to share the experience with everyone.
- As most of your time will be spent outdoors, please dress appropriately for hot, wet, or cold weather.
- Convenient parking is available directly outside or in nearby areas.
- If you have any health concerns, please let us know, and we will gladly wear a face mask.
- When attending an Open Day, we may not be able to offer you a great deal of dedicated time.
- Wheelchair users are welcome, but there are small garden steps. We are happy to assist you in navigating them.
- Please exercise caution on decking and paths, as they may become slippery when wet or icy.

- This is our home and as buildings used and located outside, please do not expect a polished museum showcase. We want to truly represent our buildings as they will be used and age.
